It is super-easy to make hemp milk at home. You just have to follow the steps below:

  • Firstly, you have to blend the seeds with the water. Take around 70 - 140 gms of hemp seeds in a cup. Mix it with 3-4 cups (710–946 ml) of water.

  • Put the mixture in a high-powered blender and blend it for a minute or two.

  • You would see a smooth mixture. Now, it’s time to add some flavour to it. You can add honey, dates, maple syrup, or vanilla extract to the blend for a flavourful twist.

  • Straining time! Get a cheesecloth and strain your hemp milk into a bottle or jar.

You can refrigerate the freshly produced hemp milk for up to five days.
