What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by using any of the 3 major credit/debit cards: Visa, Discover, and Mastercard.
Can I pay using PayPal?
Currently, we do not accept payments through PayPal.
What if I choose to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, call us on 08712 455 645, write to us on support@olivastu.com or chat with us by clicking on the chat icon displayed at the bottom left-hand side of the website as soon as possible.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
You can download your order receipt from the ‘My Orders’ section in ‘My Account’.
How do I use a coupon code?
You can apply the ongoing discount/coupon code in your Cart or while checking out into the 'Apply Discount Code' field.
Can I make an order over the phone?
Yes, we would be more than happy to help you with that. Call us on 08712 455 645 to place your order with us. But please make sure to pay through card as we do not accept cash on delivery.
Is my payment information shared with merchants?
We don't share your full credit card or debit card number with merchants. We share with the merchant only the payment information that is required to complete and support your transaction, which may include the last four digits of your card number and the card type.
I'm having a problem with my account or with trying to complete a purchase using my account. What do I do?
If you are unable to make payments, please verify if your card is working properly and has not been declined by the issuing authority. If the issue persists, call us on 08712 455 645 or write to us on support@olivastu.com as soon as possible.
